The sound didn't work for me so I can't really judge you on that, the art was kinda squared if you know what I mean, most of the shots were unnecesary, so final line, you can do better.

Nice animation, looking forward to see chapter 2, I think you should try do more symbols for the zombies and the fire, coz it was weird that all of them looked alike

You should sync the subs with the speech, I don't want to discourage you about this, but your art needs work, and I think you should give credit to the original artist (the one that drew the children) coz it's obvious that you traced over someone elses job, about the voice at the begining I can't quite hear it.
